Arrow Help...please!

Does anyone know of any homemade or very cheap ways to taper arrows for broadheads and field tips?  I know of the small handheld pencil sharpener types but I just don't think they will last for long.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I've done over 10 dozen arrows with the little pencil sharpener type in the last year. Still working for me. I'm ready to upgrade to better though. Those little things will give you blisters.

Do you by any chance have a table saw or belt sander, or a friend who does?  If so, just make 5 and 11 degree taper boards with a stop block on the nock end.
