Picks of a buck in 2008 and now 2010 all grown up!!
« on: August 30, 2010, 08:14:00 PM »
2008

2010, Amazing what they can do in a couple of years!!

My sons will be after this guy this year and I sure hope they get a shot at him. He sure has grown up just like they have.     :)

Here's another pick of him in 08 right out of velvet with a broken left g2.

More to come!!

Tracy

Good luck to the boys. But you'd better not let him walk if he comes by!

Here's a buck I killed in 2005 on a different spot a couple miles away. They sure look related to me.

It might even be his daddy!!

What a stud!  Sure makes the anticipation of what is to come this fall so much sweeter knowing that something like that is walking your woods.
Good luck to you and the boys this fall Tracy!

Thanks Guys!!

The boys and I are heading out to western Kansas after antelope/muledeer first then back here for whitetails. I sure hope we can get some hero shots on here soon.

Ryan, you have seen the bigun I'm after I thought I would let the boys have fun with that guy and there's a couple other good ones there too.

Good luck this year everybody and shoot strait!!

That is awesome to be able to follow him like that!  Good luck to you and your boys this season!!!
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

Terry... I'll let you handle that rack in October depending on whether I take him to the taxidermist or not.
