I think you can get a list from the DNR of landowner permits and buy one from someone who has one but not able to hunt. I saw someone doing it on one of the hunt shows. Your best bet may be to contact Kansas Fish & Game.
It's really simple. Just don't take those borderline shots. Tomorrow is another day.

RW  is right, If you own 80 acres you could get a Non Resident Landowner tag every year though

Yep, Landowner tags are done away with for sure.

I'm sure there's still some guys finding other ways around it but it's not worth it when there's so many tags to be had now.

Have you checked the left over tags yet??

Tracy
You really haven't hunted the old fashion way until you've done it from one of these Indian houses.(The Tipi) "Glenn ST. Charles"

yea thats right two years ago they did away with it doto to many ppl buying there wifes tag and children and such then selling a hunt for an ungodly amount and the state wasn't realy geting there cut so to speak but you can still get a tag almost every year if you get a left over and if you get a jump on it you can maybe get the uit you want or the adjacent unit then a choice of a conecting unit to it aswell
