You know, if you still have that rarely-used item called an "owner's manual" from that camera laying around, I bet you can push a button or two and silence that "jingle" for good... unless, of course, you find it helpful!     :saywhat:

Yeah, Hawkeye..that jingles gotta go. I just bought the camera about a week ago and never really fooled with it..need to find the English instructions and learn how to properly use it. I'm not sure who was more surprised by the sound of the camera....me or the hog!

If my camera had a "gay little jingle" I'd chunk it in the lake!! Of course I'm old enough to remember when gay meant happy, so maybe that's what it is.
