Hogs in Western North Carolina

My son moved to Asheville and i am wondering if there are any pigs to be had over that way?

The only population to speak of in all of NC is there. In Graham, Haywood counties. I say population but im not sure theres enough to hunt...there def. on the rise though the smoky mountains have the most but no hunting allowed. hope this helps!
