TIC TOC - TIC TOC
« on: September 08, 2010, 09:10:00 AM »
Lord willing.....this will be me Saturday morning!!!

I don't think I've ever needed a dose of Cohutta more than I do this year.  Its going to be like finding an oasis in the desert.  Some of you know what I mean and why......thanks for all your concerns, calls, emails, and texts......means more than you know....

I don't know the situtations that you are going through, but I pray that the Good Lord will lead you through them.  The peace and solitude of the woods can help mend rattled nerves.

We should always treasure the moment we get the first glimpse of the rays of the sun peaking over the horizion and through the hardwoods.  That is refreshment to the soul.  It seems to me like the Lord is telling me, "It is a new day, let's start here."  It is the point when the world stops for just a moment and we are given the opportunity to catch out breath.

GOD Bless,
But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. Psalms 3:3

Terry, I don't know what your situation has been lately but for me this past year has been one of my worst. Didn't even hunt one time last season. I will however be in the piney woods of middle GA this Saturday morning and all I need is an opportunity!
That pic of you looks like cool weather. I'd bet even Cohutta won't be too cool(temp wise) this weekend.
Happy hunting!!!  Aim small, miss small!!!

That is a fine looking spot on God's green earth! I hope He doesn't get tired of being thanked for beautiful places and terrific hunting weather because I wear Him out on such things.
