Man great bull.  Congratulations. Truely a dream hunt.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

All of the superlatives have already been taken
... awesome, fantastic, fabulous, incredible, phenominal, all I can say to those is DITTO!!!
Congrats Randy!!! To shoot a bull like that on public land, diy, with a bow you made it just doesn't get any better than that! It could get some better I guess but last I heard the swedish bikini team doesn't do elk packing!    :biglaugh:
I bet you fellas had a real big time at that saloon! It is going to be a long time until you are going to be able to wipe that big grin off your face!
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

Thanks everyone so much for the patts on the back.  Very much appreciated.

Bull went 335" measured by a friend of mine.  I was surprised by how close everyone was guessing.
YOu people are good!!!
