You did it..... completely. That feeling must be awesome.
Noticed in the pictures from where he fell the tree behind has missing bark that looks like a child bowing his head. Thought that was interesting and appropriate for such a beautiful animal.

Nice bull and testimonial to Public Lands in Montana, great story. Obviously, he will score well, and you'll living high for a long time. Good shooting, sounds and looks like it hit the lungs, and he did travel far.
