3 Rivers Customer Service
« on: September 15, 2010, 09:00:00 AM »
I know there have been many similar threads on here, but I just wanted to point out what an awesome company one of our sponsors is.

I recently ordered Primal Dreams from them, and as soon as it came in I took it out of the cellophane and popped it in the DVD player.  I was all wrapped up in it, until the 27 minute mark when the DVD quit playing.  I never could get it to work from that point on.  I'm not trying to place blame on anyone, I know that stuff just happens sometimes.  Anyway, I emailed 3 Rivers to find out if it would be possible to exchange, or if they could point me in the direction I needed to go to get a new copy.  The very next day I had a response that a new copy was in the mail at no cost to me.  I never doubted, but I'm absolutely certain that they'll be getting more orders from me in the future.

Yup... had a similar situation. I ordered several spools of B-50. When I got the box, it looked like it got hung up against a roller at the Post Office and it wore through the box and half of one of the spools. I called the PO and they said I needed the tracking number to file a claim.

I didn't have it, so called 3 Rivers to see if they had it. During the conversation I explained why I needed it. They said don't worry about it, a new one was on the way. I tried to explain that I KNEW it wasn't their fault. They said don't worry about it they wanted happy customers.

Hard to beat folks like that!

Good feedback on 3R.

I'll file that away in the grey matter for future reference when ordering online again. Since I'm newish back to archery after a long absence I need help in determining which companies are good to deal with.

Thank you for posting.

I had a similar problem with a DVD I ordered from them, I called and told them what the problem was, asked them if they wanted me to send the DVD back, they said not to worry about sending it back, a couple of days later I had a new DVD!!

Same thing happened to Me with a DVD I got... Seem like there was a mess up when making the DVD and they had to recall them and I got a New One a few days later.

I have placed 2 orders with them and about to get a third and I am amazed with the speed they get things outto you. Accurate, fast, quality merchandise.  They will be getting a significant amount of business in the future.

Very good service, I had a bow I ordered and the order shipped several days after order was placed when it indicated that item was available at time of order. I sent an email and asked why my order was held up,they responded and confirmed the bow was on hand at time and it was sent immediately. I received an email with a apology and a couple days after that I received a 3 Rivers hat and another apology. I will add it was a holiday weekend but they stated that was no excuse as it was several days later. I have bought more since and will again. Stand up people at 3 Rivers they have my business.

Always had great customer service before and after the sale.

Called for a friend yesterday--he didn't think there was any use, I said "Won't hurt to try".  Long story short, they took care of the problem with no flak, even though they weren't obligated to.

I know some folks that could learn a lot from them when it comes to standing behind their products.

They are working a issue for me right now, that will surprise me if it comes out in my favor. Like LBR said, it doesn't hurt to try. The problem is a manufacture defect with arrows, which is no problem of theirs, but they are willing to work with me on the issue, and not direct me to the manufacturer. So far so good. Ill have more info next week.
