I don't know about the GN Ghost, how the shelf is cut and what your limb lams are, but you are likely using a FF string of some sort. I am shooting Centaurs with carbon lams, very fast limbs.
I have the same draw (if measuring from the string to the deepest part of the grip at full draw) and shoot the same weight. I am using Gold Tip 3555 Trad arrows, regular insert and 175 grain points. I cut them to 28", as at 27.5" I feel the back of the broadhead with my bow hand. They seem just a little weak, but lighter tips would cure that.
I just got into carbons last year. For aluminums I use 2013 to 2016 shafts with the same points. Hope this helps.
