braveheart archery customer service
« on: September 15, 2010, 10:41:00 PM »
100% A+ stand up guy!!

I emailed Tim from the braveheart website on sunday afternoon. I needed a few different types of broadheads and some adapters. But I needed them by thursday morning. He replied to my email (on a sunday) and told me no problem. SO I made my order through the site. I had a email from him that night confirming the order (again, on a sunday). I had an email the next morning confirming shipping and a personal note by him. Everything I ordered showed up today!

great service! great communication! I will buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I had the same experience a month, or so ago when I ordered some broadheads...a great guy AND great customer service indeed!    :clapper:

Darn I thought I was the only one he treated that way.I really dont think he sleeps and he definitely must have an in at the USPS.

I'm lucky enough to work close to his operation.
He actually set my order outside for me to pick up when I went by his neigborhood. That's pretty good customer service.

Just bringing this one back up because I have had nothing but great experiences with Braveheart Archery.

Just got my broadheads and adapters yesterday, 2 days after I ordered them.

I get everything I can from them.
