Big Shot buffalo glove Size question

Well ladies and gents I have heard a few good things about these gloves. I can listen to more if you have more to add concerning your likes or dislikes. My main reason for the post is to find the size I need. Do they run true to size? I have heard that you can use a size smaller in this glove. The buffalo from what I hear doesn't stretch. I only ask because my hand measures 8.5" from tip of middle finger to crease where the palm meets the wrist. The measurement around my palm just behind the knuckles is 10" I bought the large in a widow glove was fine when I bought it is now loose and moves when I shoot. I don't want to spend this much and not get a good fit. Thanks in advance.

Fax a tracing of your hand to American Leathers. You can buy direct from them made to order.

They run purposefully smaller than typically found in other gloves so they will properly break in. I wear a med-large in most gloves, ordered a medium, was tight at first, but I knew it would be. After a few shooting sessions it is perfect and "moulds" to my fingers.

My hand measures 8" tip to crease and 9" around and I use a large size Elk leather big shot glove.

I ordered a big shot glove from --------- archery & was told the sizes run "true" I use a bear paw leather glove now in size large & they said a large big shot is the same.I recieved the glove & couldn't get my fingers in at first-kept trying but still couldn't get all the way on.I called american leathers & asked about sizes-told them what I bought & problem with fit. They said to trace my hand & fax it to them for positive correct size but he was pretty sure the large wouldn't stretch enough & to get a XL.New XL ordered Large glove going back.
