Anyone heard when or if the makers of the ribteks is going to start up again, or when? I ran into a couple of guys hunting yesterday that fell in love with them after I showed them how easy they are to sharpen.

Hello,

The last I'd heard, the stock, and rights had been sold to a new interest, but production hadn't begun.  I've got three dozen Ribteks that I'm being very careful with.    :D

There is a shop in Aus that still lists them.  I have one source in the US for the 100S, 130W and maybe one of the 125's.  The 160's and 190's are gone.

I used them in the past and they always served me very well.

I bought a dozen 190s a few weeks ago from the Australian source.  $1.50 each!  With shipping it was about $3 each.  Still pretty cheap  :)
Take a kid hunting!
