Crab apples, corn, soybeans, and acorns

Went to my favorite hunting spot and the crab apples were all over, acorns on the ground, corn and soybeans both planted by the fields. Makes it hard to figure where to hunt. Buck rubs everywhere, its dry so water might be the answer. Looks like a all you can eat buffet this year.

Ha, yes this can make them very difficult to pattern! Bears are like that too, when there are tons of mast,berries,etc.....you need a healthy dose of luck with your homework.

I too have had that problem with too much food in the area, I just went into it thinking like a deer. Tried thinking...If I was a deer what would I want for dinner, and well I wouldn't make a good deer, because it hasn't worked yet. I can't relate to it being like bear hunting seeing as I have not had the opportunity to try it yet.
