This is a free range Rusa Deer 36+", killed in Queensland,Australia.
For that specie, i didn't found any report for a bigger stag harvested with trad gear. I was so happy....

Unfortuntaly this picture was taken the next day at home in my  woods. It was pitch black out when I recovered her the night before.

WOW great photos folks!  I spent alot of time going over them.  a couple of my faves for composition and memories that I have stored up from over the years...

and geeze i LOVED this bow, it made even the spikes look good.

 

Finally this one since it was my first animal with the stick.  Though you wouldn't know it by my smile!
