String question....Dyneema 02..
« on: January 09, 2007, 09:39:00 PM »
Has anyone ever made a string from this material? In the product description it says its made for recurves. If anyone has used this before can you offer opinions on how it performed..noise, creep etc.

Go to  www.bcyfibers.com  and e-mail Ray Browne--he can give you the low-down.  As best I can remember, it's very similar to Dynaflight '97, with less wax.  It's supposed to be better for endless strings.  I never did try it because it was so similar to Dynaflight '97, and almost all my strings are flemish.

Thanks Chad. I am the one you talked to on the phone the other night. I still want you to make me a couple of strings to try. Thanks for all the advise.
