Got this here HH Redman, 70", 45# @ my 29" draw. Howard Hill arrows tipped with 145gr tip, cut 30" bop. Shot this group on the 3rd try after checking brace and nock.

Just curious, what spine arrows are you using?

Thanks everyone!

Ken, these arrows were made up by Jason at HH and are 45#-50# spine. I ordered a doz. and they came in between 516gr-520gr. They fly real straight from this bow.   :D

That's some nice shooting TW!

It looks like you've got a real shooter on your hands.

I wish my GW would get here, maybe tomorrow.

Thanks for sharing.

God bless,Mudd

No question, the Redman is a real nice Hill.  In fact, I essentially copied it for my last bow, except for giving it a John Schulz forward riser.  There's something special about a yew bow.

Howard hills are the ultimate in classic longbows. How I have come this fall without owning one is beyond me. Wheres the checkbook.

I had one and I'm sorry I sold it but it was a little too heavy for me.

I have one almost the same specs only in a take-down version. Really fun bows to shoot.

Thanks again everyone. Having a 29" draw and this bow being 70" makes for a very enjoyable and smooth shooting experience. Plus, at 45# I can shoot extensively without muscle fatigue. I think we will become good friends over the course of the future.

I noticed that one arrow isn't quite touching the others. Gotta be something wrong with that bow. Better send it to me for a serious going over. Lol! Great shooting and a beauty of a bow, Congrats!   :clapper:    :archer2:

Dan, I actually think I hit one of the other arrows and it knocked it off track! Better keep it for more testing.   :D
