Thanks everyone.Tracy is adding the link for my deer video to our website now.Once she gets that done I will add it to the first page of this thread.

We had 3 good days of bear hunting before the full moon and constant rain slowed our daylight sightings of bear.I saw 5 bear in those 3 days and one looked like a black Volkswagon.I spent the next 5 days waiting on the big boy to show during daylight.He never came in during good camera light.After that I decided to spend my last two evenings deer hunting.The first evening I did not hunt that bear bait is the evening my dad killed the 240lbs boar in Tanners tracking story.If that is not a lesson in patience I don't know what is.
There was no shortage of bear.We had cameras on 3 bait sites.On those 3 sites we had pictures of 15 different bear.They were just hitting the bait at dark or shortly after.As the moon got fuller the bear hit the baits later at night.

We have had some questions about Tracy's equipment.She was shooting a 56" SXT recurve 39#@25".The arrow is an easton redline with Abowyer Brown Bear heads,total arrow weight is 440 grains.

Bill, Emma and Adam are checking this thread out with me. They were very excited to see pics of Tanner. Emma giggled when she heard Tanner growling in the video. Awesome pics, video and hunt stories. Thanks for sharing your/our little buddy with us!!

Kenny,tomorrow i will see if I can find some other pictures of him to send to you and the kids.I hope Emma and Adam dont miss him to badly.I think Tracy would sooner give me up then him.

Tracy's bear hunting footage could not have been actual footage. It must have been live footage.
I actually felt I was there with you two.

Can't recall any video's that I felt I was actually there. The bear moan recording was the best I can remember.

You guys deserve an award.

Not sure how I missed this...But Tilly & I are watching it together. Congrats to ya'll and Tilly is waggin' her tail for Tanner. Now the whole litter (born last September) has tracked game...except for Cash my pup from the litter. Our season starts Oct 18th so hopefully I can correct that...Doc

PS: Tilly & I agree that Tracy & Bill certainly qualify for Team Tippit

What type of arrows are you using? What weight heads? I'll have to fire up the forge. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks again everyone.She sure gets shook up,and it is catching.I get just as excited videoing Tracy's hunts as I do when I have the bow.If you listen close when Tracy draws her bow for the second shot,she is shaking so hard her arrow is bouncing off of the side of the riser.

Doc. We are glad you and Tilly approve.Tracy is shooting a 200 grain Abowyer Brown Bear.Her arrows are Easton Redlines.
