If you want to buy a shirt, just click on the link I have attached  http://tradgang.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_profile;u=00012017  and send Jon a PM.  He will get them out to all of you.  It's a fantastic way to spend $18 ($15 for the shirt, and $3 for shipping).  These guys are doing what we all did, or would like to do ourselves.  Let's help the guys out.  The money raised from the sale of the shirts is used to pay postage on items that are sent to the troops in Afghanistan (or if you like Trashganistan).

Our goal is to have every member on here sporting a Camp Cuervo Archery Club Afghanistan t-shirt.  Whom ever would like to purchase one, please send Jon Stewart a PM at this link    http://tradgang.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_profile;u=00012017

You all are doing a great service by buying one, and giving great positive motivation for the troops.  How many  of you know that the crossed pistols in the design is the symbol for the U.S. ARMY Military Police?  Seeing that symbol brings back alot of fond memories.  I wish there would have been this type of entertainment for us when I was in.  Maybe I would have stayed in longer.

I'd like to spend some $ on a worthy cause. I'd like a shirt, size medium. Let me know where to send the check. I also have some archery stuff, mostly from my wheeler days but I'll separate it up and send it along, just give me an address.

G-d bless guys and gales, take care out there and come home safe.

It looks like they will have more stuff headed their way.  My suggestion is when sending arrows, include a note stating the length, spine and whether it is for a recurve (1/8") of center or longbow (not center shot). If in doubt here is a spine chart courtesy 3Rivers. Or, use a Sharpie, permanent marker and write on the shafts.

First of all, thank you for the sacrifices you men and women have made for us and our country. I am sure we can get together some items of use from the Traditional Archers of Sioux City Iowa.
God Bless you all.

I got my shirt on the way, I got one of the last remaining Iraq tshirts that Jon had left. I'll probably get an Afghanistan one too.
I don't have any archery tackle to share so I'll buy the Tshirts and wear them proudly!

I hope this thread stays here a long time, really good stuff going on here and lots of generosity on this forum. Great bunch of guys here at Trad Gang........Bless all of you for helping these guys out.
There's no doubt in my mind what colors we all wear around here.....Red White and Blue!

We will take some photos of this week  hunting with Vets and Wounded Warriors in Grayling, Michigan home of Bear Archery and hopefully get them posted on Trad Gang.  I think Fred would be proud of each and every one of you for supporting OUR troops this way.

I was going to build a website for them but it looks like they already have some coverage.  Not sure who exactly manages the site but it would be fun if they could incorporate a blog into their page so it would be easier for the soldiers to post pics and stories.
