Maddog midsize (pic)
« on: October 07, 2010, 09:07:00 PM »
The story goes, last week I accidently made this recurve for a customer that wanted a 29# midsized longbow.  I wrote it down wrong and built the recurve.  They called, let me know, I built the longbow and sent it to her.  They sent this recurve back to me, never opened the box, they just knew by the size of the box it wasn't a longbow.

This is just a "heads up" on a good deal without the wait.  It's on the sponsor's classifieds. It's a shame for it to set on my rack.

Oh man, sure wish she was my weight.  This will be a great bow for somebody!  I can not say how much I love my mdsize recurve.  Some man needs to get this for his wife:)

Kenny, let's just say I "shop around" for my materials. Fiberglass and smooth-on is always a kick in the shorts when I have to purchase a bunch, but I look for deals on wood.

Thanks Katie, you're always putting the good word in for me.  How's Huntin' this year?
