quiver and snakeskin

i just picked up a takedown bow that has snake skins on the limbs,now the only quiver i have right now is a strap on eagles flight.will the quiver do any damage to the skins?the guy i got it from said they have been laquered[sp].thanks in advance,rich

ive never had any trouble with mine...i would suggest you put it on and leave it if possible.

the less u mess with it the better.
