Hunting pics please
« on: May 22, 2007, 12:59:00 PM »
I'm here stuck at work and dreaming about the upcoming hunting season.
My dream is to do some hunting out west, like Colorado, Montana, or Idaho.
So.....
Can you guys help me?
I wouldn't mind seeing some hunting pics you guys might have....could be the kills, the animals you have encountered, or can be the scenery you have experienced.
Can anyone help an trad brother out?

Here's the last Antelope I took back in '92 in Wyoming. Hunted alone in the desert 2 hrs west of Casper. I used an original Bill Stewart Multi Camo T/D recurve, Cedar arrows and 2 Blade Zwickey Eskimos....25 yd shot over a waterhole.

This is the area that the bull that haunts my dreams seemed to avoid me everyday last year!

To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.
