It all came together with some TradGangers help!
« on: October 11, 2010, 10:36:00 AM »
Earlier this year, Onions and Eric101 provided a bow and some broadheads for a friend of mine who really needed some gear to fill his freezer. My donation was giving him one of my best spots on public land.

Last night it all came together. Don shot his first buck, his first bow kill and did it with a recurve! Robertson Falcon 57@28, ACE 125 grain heads, Carbon Express arrow

There is a happy family chowing on some fresh backstraps.

Just one more step please!

LOL! :D
A few years back I had to learn how to hunt those areas well or go without meat. We fell on REALLY tough times so failing wasn't an option.
