This has come up a few times, and there are some really cool designs out there, try doing a search.

Here's two that I have on my den wall.
I'm also making a copy of the primitive arrow rack for the St. Jude's auction and a picture of it alone can be seen there.
Bid high and bid often.

Sure wish I had a clean wall like that! I hang my bows on short section of wall in my furnace/hobby room. I panelled leaving a major beam showing and then put hanging racks on the inside wall just under the beam and on the outside of the beam, to get two layers. The Hills get the "nice side" and an assortment of stuff kind of gets multiple pegged over to the left.

How do you guys hang the bows, by the strings, loops, or what? I couldn't tell from the pics.
Thanks,
Bob

OK, this may not be the nicest bow rack but I am proud of it. I only have about $11 in it and it went up in about 5 minutes. These are what I assume to be horizontal coat type racks but I took a couple and mounted them 2' 4" apart vertically and wala, bow rack!!! I like to hang my bows horizontally for some reason.

This one I made two years ago out of oak scrap wood.

Here is one I have not finished yet, but you get the idea. Keep in mind also that we are still trying to settle in our new home, but at least I got 'em up out of the way and safe.
It will have some custom wood posts where the pick-ups and bridge were (probably purpleheart)to hang my quiver/armguard/glove or whatever from, and ebony dowels will replace the metal hooks that the bows are hanging on. (of course it will probably be a cold weather finishing project)

Here's one that my brother had made for me while he was still flying Blackhawks. The color in the picture doesn't show it well, but it's a perfect match to my Wes Wallace T/D (grey actionwood w/purpleheart) and it even matches my purpleheart footed shafts.
Tried to fix your picture for you but you cut the copy to short to get it.
