I use regular buck urine in an IV bag I got from the Hospital. It has an adjustable drip regulator and I fill it with a syringe.Works well.

Never had much luck, only very little interest. I've used local deer urine to the store bought stuff and rarely had a passing deer give more than a glance. Plenty of deer action, just little interest in drippers or deer urine. Find yourself a good scrape that has been hit more than once though, and you've got a magnet. No urine needed, provided for free!

I made a mock scrape last year using the wildlife research brand dripper and mock scrape scent. Had small bucks hitting it, saw one 4 point raise his head and just lick his nose as he snorted, watched him pee on his back legs in the scrape, it was fun, the does even occasionally would come and smell the scrape. I just set it back up last weekend, if anything it provided me with some entertainment !

The ticket is when you kill a deer to carefully take the urine from that deer if you can.I use a syringe to do it then just freeze it.

I had more interest from other hunters than deer. Deer don't steal them...............

I have found urinating in a scrape your self keeps deer more interested then a dripper. I have seen a dripper get mangled by a buck once. He never came back though.

Yeah but Jerry I hate having to be at the scrapes at sunrise and sunset each day to urinate in them like a scent dripper would do :D

I just pee in them when ever I'm around one in my area. I never worry about time of day. Just keep 'em stinky.

I agree with the peeing in ghte scrape. Just FYI, in Montana drippers are illegal.

The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.
