Well, I have always said that Bob is the master craftsman when it comes to bow building. But Barb is the master saleslady!!
I shoot a Shawnee and it's my go to bow. But I always like to shoot a one piece longbow. I have had some good ones, but I have yet to find the one that just "fits" me like my Shawnee. So I called Bob up one day because I've been wanting to try his Dakota with the foam and carbon. After talking to Barb, which is always a pleasure, she checked the inventory to see what they had. Now Barb knows what a sucker I am for a pretty bow. Not that I've ever seen an ugly one from Bob. So I'm sure she picked out the prettiest one on the rack. I truly believe she knew that this bow would not be coming back. She was right. So heres my latest Morrison addition. Dakota longbow,64"57@28(54@27 my draw),carbon/ foam, the riser is texas ebony and the limbs are stained quilted maple.I could not have picked any better wood combination. Enjoy!
Did I mention it's a shooter.I named it "Leatherneck". The woods in this bow only made that name fitting.
