Wes Wallace NEW B-Model Riser Pic's

I just took delivery about 3 weeks ago. This is a dream come true. Seems like everyone chases after the Holy Grail of bows, for me this one is it! My 60" Mentor limbs on a New Wallace B-Model Mentor riser at 15" gives me a very awesome weapon at 56". Shoots like a dream!!! Beautiful to boot!! I just had to share this. Give Wes a call soon, when word gets out I think he's gonna be busy!

Very nice!Certainly adds alot of versatility in bow length if you have 2 risers.

Funny I talk to Wes yesterday about this rumor. Looks neat I have a gray stealth with two sets of limbs. How much did the draw weight go up on the short riser? could he use his long limbs on the short riser to get to 60" bow. Heres what I think I order a gray partner short riser long limbs 55#. witht he two risers and 3 sets of limbs I could build 2 60" bows 2 56" bows and 1 64" bow. and based on what I know about bow design I would have 3 ways to hit a 55-60 60" bow 1 way to get a 64" 45 pounds or so and a 56" about 67pounds. that would be .Oh by the way my current wallace is 60" with 60# limbs and 54# limbs

Thank You! It is so stable, quiet and confidence inspiring. I was nervous about going short even though I wanted to very badly. I had a Black Widow at 58" once, it was a nice bow and a great shooter but it was not forgiving when I wasn't perfect. This bow feels as good as if it were my 19" risers. I can't find the words to explain how happy I am. If I had to have only one bow, this would be it, no doubt about it.

My limbs were 60#@28" on the 19" riser. He scaled the limbs at 61# on the 15" riser. I have 62",64" and 66" limbs as well. Don't think I havn't pondered what it would be like with the longer limbs. I would encourage you to try it, I am so pleased and happy I did. He work is flawless and he has nailed every expectation every time.

That is one of the prettiest Wallace bows I've seen. I personally prefer shorter bows, but I have a fairly short draw length, 26-27". I do shoot longbows and selfbows but really like the looks of recurves, If I was to get one it would be in the 56-58" length at most.

Talked with Wes today. Word is starting to spread about his B-model and requests and questions are starting to become regular. Everyone so far with a B-model Mentor absolutely loves them as much as me. I'm so glad he gave in to the pressure he was getting from some customers to build one.

I have always liked the Mentor but I was never a fan of the long riser, it looks like he hit a home-run with this offering, it looks great too!

I'm glad to here about the shorter B riser. I really like the shorter bows. That is one sweet looking bow.
