When I called home on my way back it was pretty nice to be able to answer "yes" when they asked "did you get anything Dad?"

Now that is awesome! Nice story and buck. I too, got emotional when I killed my first buck with traditional gear. It is an awesome experience, like killing your very first deer all over again.

Before I was able to get the face paint off I stopped off and the lady at the place kept looking at me and chuckling.....I couldn't figure out why until I got home and looked in the mirror.
