Looking to get a sit-on-top kayak for some bowfishing this summer.  Anyone tried this?

I am building a cabinet shop in my backyard this year.  After I complete new kitchen cabinets to make the wife happy, I think a strip canoe may be in order.  Thinking a solo paddle design, 14 foot or so.

Not the easiest thing to bowfish from.  Fish are hard to see and you really have to cant the bow over almost flat.

Not a canoe, but a raft is much easier to fly in.

You can fly in that raft?! How fast you have to wave them oars around?

It's not easy. Specially with those oar locks.

Cool pirogue.  You probably need a boat to hunt in Louisiana.
