Great deer, great story. Not as big as "Biggie's" moose, but almost. Congrats and thanks for sharing.  :notworthy:

Do you mean "rappel?"  Knowing you guys, it could be "repel."    ;)

Hell of a deer, UB!  Congrats!

Great story. The next time you need help dragging out a deer, call me, I could be there in a couple of hours. I would leave my plate of hot food sitting there at the supper table to get a chance to witness up close a buck like that one!

One of these days maybe the Good Lord will see fit to send one of those my way......so I can send a razor tipped cedar shaft sailing over his back while I scream..........

Great job Barry.  What I don't know is whether he is a bruiser, pig, hog, or giant?  :)   Congrats!

Gheesh and UB once rode in my truck  :)  Congrats on just getting to see a buck of that caliber is a lifetime treat. Taking him in the zone is like winning the super bowl .

I think I'll start wearing my hats sideways so I can get bucks like that to come my way and when they look at me, they'll think I'm looking the other way!   ;)  Ain't that how it works, Barry?

Great story and pics.  BW, it looks as though Hurley has a hole in side (1st pic) and isn't getting much respect, he probably is over the hill, are you sure you want to shoot him this year? BB

Hey Barry,

Awsome buck! Do you shoot off the shelf or a raised bear type rest like Paul Schafer? and are those three fletch or 4 vanes or feathers? Ive always wondered about your set up.....Great buck Barry!I know the bow your shooting is a Talltines bow.... Pretty bow and it has now been broke in huh...
