But he is an 8 pt. and was the first one I had in shooting distance in 2 years. I need the meat too so I took him. Heart shot him at six o'clock and he made a dash through a ton of buckbrush. Heard him crash but didn't see him when I went to look so I blood trailed him.
Here is where he ended up at.
I was only 5 or 6 yards away from him at one point but couldn't see him.
Here is the damage a razor sharp Magnus one can do
