Sounds like the hunting instincts kicked in at the right moment! Great job! Just saved a bunch of deer.

Nice Tom......I've never had a shot at a coyote but heard a few this weekend while hunting upstate PA.  Someday....  :(    Enjoy the season!

Awesome shot Tom!

I had one of these fellows in my yard last Sunday around 9:00 am. He was a very large one and was only about 20 feet from our back door! I grabbed the rifle but he took off across the road and was gone. First one I've ever seen in my yard and I don't live way out in the sticks either.

Nice Shooting.  I see you picked a good spot.  You couldn't have walked up an placed it any better.  One of the toughest creatures in the woods to harvest with a bow.  Sense of smell and hearing of a deer and the eyes of a turkey.
