My Ohio Buck
« on: November 07, 2010, 09:52:00 AM »
Hi guys. Shot this buck on October 29, was trailing a doe.  Was about a 7 yard shot, buck traveled about 75 yards before piling up.  Broke off one of his points when he went down.  Was using a 1960 Kodiak replica and a Bear Razorhead.

You gotta love those Ohio deer -- they are big and healthy.

That is a very traditional set up -- bow, quiver, broadhead, and even the Fred Bear hat and plaid shirt. And I think I see the Fred Bear combination knife/file set up in the photo.

Congratulations on a great buck.
