I wouldn't want to admit it if I was new to the game, but I have never, ever been able to shave hair off my arm (the industry standard). But, the rubber bands melt, and the animals die.

I test for dullness rather. If it feels dull I sharpen it until doesnt feel dull anymore. I dont think all my blades are at the same sharpness level, but none are dull. Sounds goofy, but thats me!

When I got my flu shot the guy asked if I shaved that spot for the shot. He got a good chuckle when I told him how it gets shaved. Yes, shaves dry hair.
