I have no pictures but, It was my go to bow for this past season. Mine is a real plain Jane with black glass. Specs are 43# @ 28 60" I draw 29". This bow at that weight out performs other bows that I have that are 5-7 pounds heavier, using the same arrows. Chad is a real nice guy to talk to and will go out of his way to help or answer any question. His prices are in line also. A true craftsman.

I have had a 60" 50lbs River Runner since March. It has Chad's kodiak style grip one it. I have shot bows that cost twice as much,  that in my opinion dont shoot near as nice as Chads

Giving up the longbows or just looking for something new?

I have been shooting trad bows for over 40 years, but they all belonged to other archers before I owned them.  Last summer, after talking to Chad at the Iowa Traditional Shoot, I decided to have Chad make me my first ever "made for me" bow.  I wanted darker colors in the woods, so I chose a darker bocote riser with a little Indian rosewood in it.  The limbs are darker bamboo with curly koa veneers and clear glass.  The bow came out great!  But the best part is the performance!  I have owned and shot a lot of fine bows over the years and can say Chad's River Runner performs with the best of them. The River Runner design is a real shooter! I have some pics of mine on the Highlights 2010 thread under "Iowa Halloween Buck".

The glass is clear over walnut lams. My buddy is hunting with that bow right now or I would take some better pics for you.

One of the smoothest and quietest recurves I have ever shot!

If his recurves are anything like his Osprey... silk, pure silk.
