thunder in the ky snow!!
« on: December 14, 2010, 11:29:00 AM »
i got my new to me big jim thunderchild bout two weeks ago and i seen quick that i was goin to love this bow! yesterday evening i took it to the stand with me,it was pretty cold, snow on the ground, and the wind was howling. about 4:30 last light i had three does come in and i so happened had a 20yard broad side shot at one so it took it! everything felt good but i was so ratteled,or cold or just both so i didnt see the arrow hit!     a packed up and loaded hunter(my lab) and headed out to see if i could find her(ended up being a button, still proad of him!)!when we got to the spot i had shot her hunter picked rite up on the trail, bout 100 yards in hunter found her with both of her lungs punched! so now i think the thunderchild is here to stay!
