I have both the mid-size longbow and recurve from Mike.  Love them both!

You can never go wrong with one of Mikes bows or his service. I can't give you feed back on his longbows except his BBO but, his new recurve is a real looker and performer. If you decide to get one of his longbows, I'd be surprised if you didn't like it.

I have 2 friends that both have Mutts. After shooting my friend Justin's Mutt, I bought one of the Mutts for my friend Lee as a gift, and he just killed his first animal with it tonight, a racoon back in North Carolina.

Lee's bow is 53 at 28 and I think Justin's is 54 at 28.

Good luck,

Paul

Well I went ahead and made the plunge. I talked to Mike on the phone and placed an order for one of his longbows. He is really a great guy and is willing to work with you to build you the bow that you want. Can't wait to get it in my hands!!

Good decision Tex!!!

I look forward to seeing pictures once it arrives.

Mine isn't as heavy but shoots sweet with a touch of string follow and like Raging Water's(Matt) "Robin Hood" Hill, I had Mike build mine with dual shelves.

God bless,Mudd
