Nixa, here we come

Going over to see the Widow Makers at Nixa tomorrow. Roger says there is no snow over there so off we go.
Planning on spending time designing a new PL. May not have all the fancy wood on it but it will still be a smooth killer. Want to put my hand on a "Toby" grip and let them see the grip I built for my current PLX. Likely "purchase" a few things while I am there.
Credit cards are all clean and ready.... Oh Boy
Wish me well.... or Not.

Bruce,
Hug Roger for me while there..... When I first wanted to get into trad about 5 years ago I conversed with Roger and he sent me a lefty recurve to try for a few weeks. Fire is still burning strong thanks to fine gents like Roger and the crew at Widow !
I vote for some tulip wood..... Purty !!!

Good luck Bruce! The Widow boys put out a fine product! My Widows have always been my go-to-bows until I recently acquired a Howard Hill longbow... Can I blame this on Mudd? Hmmmm...

You will have a good time with the Widow boys! What time you planning on being there?

I've never been there, I'll bet you are going to have a blast! You tell us what time you'll be there and maybe a half-dozen of us can call and ask for you and your opinion about BW bows -- that ought to get you a discount for being so dad-burned popular!

SWP: 1:00 ae ya commin by?
Bowwild: Same, but make it a dozen or so that should be impressive......
We should be there by 1:00. I am going over 60 from Poplar Bluff, pretty drive.
Roger said they are doing inventory so I am not sure if "the wheels of production" will be turning but I am sure there will be bows to try and I know there will be detailed construction conversation to be had.
