Are you talking inserts or adapters? I have gotten 50 grain brass inserts from 3Rivers. The lightest steel ADAPTERs I've seen were 75 grains.
Midway USA has a steel insert that's 43 grains, but it might be arrow shaft specific. That's the only steel insert I've seen.
Personally, I prefer the adapters because it moves the weight closer to the point for better FOC. Aluminum long adapters (11/32") weigh 42 grains, so that's close.
Good luck with your search.

ive had great luck with the brass inserts from 3 rivers, not only can ya get em in a slew of differnet weights, theyre affordable. havent tried the steel, but i like how the brass can be trimmin in increments if ya want to play around with differnet setups.

If you are looking for strong and light weight adapters you should look at the Abowyer titanium adapters.
