I have all the supplies to make myself 11/32 arrows. I am making a guy the 23/64" arrows and want to know if I need to get something special or can I use my 11/32 points, heads, and taper tools, etc.

If you don't mind a slight shoulder behind your point,11/32 will work on 23/64.Nocks are the same, and a bit of light sanding will let you taper your 23/64 to fit in the taper tool. Be careful to maintain the roundness of the shaft, though.
It will be a nicer job if you have the correct taper tool to begin with.
