This is how I sharpen all of my broadheads, Simmons included. I use a strop that I made by gluing a piece of leather on a board that I sanded to a rould surface. One inch by about 6 inched would be big enough. Then you need to rub some black buffing compound over the leather, just enought to turn the pores black. Just strop your edge on this and it will make a very polished edge. The leather conforms slightly so maintaining a perfect angle is not necassary. The last Simmons I got had a pretty defined bevels but if you need to establish a better edge you can put sandpaper on the strop or you can initially use a pull through sharpener. By the by sharpening jigs are slow. I can sharpen half a dozen knives or broadheads this way than one from a jig.
