Yep Kenny I'm doing good   :D   4 months this weeknd.

I started back run/walking this last week and been doing light weights. Still struggling a little with the bow weight but getting better each week.

I'm finishing up a seinew backed Indian bow and will start on the BBO with your wood this week buddy.

Here are a few Alabama Bucks. They are coming to Trophy Rocks. We have 4 cameras going on 2500 acres and are getting about 300 pics a week from each camera.
What about the Funky buck??? shoot or not? See the leg injury?

I'm with TJ let grow a couple more years and see what you get. They are so tuff that leg won't bother him, we have a buck running around that got injured very young and he really hobbles along while walking but when he's chasing does you wouldn't even know it's the same buck hardly.

Here he is with his first rack, check out the front leg.

1 year later, He grew a bunch we call him "Crazy legs"

He's back this year also and looking even better.

You sure have some good looking bucks in those picks Don, Good luck to you guys this year.    :D

Choot em' Don!    :)

I have had a lot of deer come in to those trophy rocks, but rarely had much buck activity during the day time.  That must be a prime spot.

I agree that he would be interesting in a year or two. We only take an average of 4 bucks a year from this property. Our management rules are very strict for our part of the world and it seems that they are starting to pay off. We have got an incrediable amount of buck pics this year. There are some good ones running around this little piece of Heaven. Skyler took a 154" 10 point that only had 2.5" of deductions.....Great place to hunt if you can stand to be a deer watcher and a sometimes killer    :)
TRACY....Great pics and good to see you out and about.
GREGG.....under our rules this buck could be taken. We have had great luck with the Trophy rocks with the buck pics in both day and night but this place has very little human activity.
If you will look carefully in one of bottom pics, there is a nice 10 point that is on the left side of the pic showing his head and neck....this camera is getting around 700 pics every 2 weeks and that is the only pics of him. The rest of that crew is there daily.

Archery elk season opens this Saturday, went in and hung a treestand just above my trailcam. This little 5pt came in last Saturday, sure hope he shows up this Saturday when I'm sitting in the treestand waiting for him!
