First year hunting but I love this thread and I've finally got a bit to share. Here's the thoughts running through my head.

Okay, nice size on that body, must be a healthy doe, I don't see any tips poking in to frame. Oh well, it's activity.

Wait a second. is there another curious doe around my camera? No that shoulder looks the same as the other picture... hmmm... must be a curious one. What's that holding the flash above the ear? I look closer. Oh my word, that's a buck! Sorry it's not the best picture.

I moved the camera a bit hoping to get a fuller view of the spot and I hope to see him in full view. I don't know what he's packing for antlers but what I can see looks nice. Hope my wish is granted.

I cut the date and time out to edit the brightness and zoom in a bit, my camera is not impressing me right now. I have moved this camera for the third time now as of today, here's from last night after waiting 3 days. Gonna wait another while.

My brother is saying 8, but I'm safely assuming a 6.

I see these 10 and 11 point bucks and I look at my trail camera pictures and see the, now safely assumed 8, and feel like it's not even comparable. haha. I love this thread. Getting me super pumped for October 1st!

I have photos somewhere from a couple of years ago where a stupid bull from a neighbor's farm got onto the property and knocked my feeder over.

He got his big butt under the thing and tried turning around and bent/broke one of the sections of a leg. now my feeder is one section shorter all around because of his dumb cow self.

I have pics and one of them is bad. I will start with that one.

We have been in a drought for about three months until just recently. We finally got some rain this last week.

But I think the damage is done. We have no acorns and these deer are going to have a very rough Winter and im sure there will be Winter Kill.

This deer looks to be in bad shape. You can see her ribs. I don't think that's a great sign. She's starving. Going to have to put out some corn.

Then I found myself a little baby buck. I hope the larger ones will find this salt lick in the woods when the rut kicks in. Not really excited about him. I don't like his genetics. I may cull him from the herd to do away with his genetics. There are a few around with those small mainbeams and tall racks.

And finally, I saw a bobcat   :)    I hope he passes through this season while I'm on the stand.

Finally got some pic's organized.

This will be my spot opening day if the wind is right.

Not the size of the deer some of you see all the time, but this is a great one in my area.  #1 on the hit list this year so far.

This is another spot on the same lands.  Not much buck traffice.  I got a lot of does and fawn so far on the camera in this area.  Bucks will show more later.

First for some fun shots.  I like the fawns and odd ball pic's as much as the nice ones.

Next place has hard lighting conditions.  Noting special other than this one odd doe in the area.  What is up with her?

Little spot in town where I got a lot of bucks on a scrape last year.  This year a tree came down in a storm and about wiped out the scrape bush.  I cleared it a little this week to see if they use it.  This camera is off in the woods a little where I found 6 or so rubs on 3-5" trees.  I expected to see a nice on in the area, but not this one.

Then there are these small buck.  I did get on shot with one of them working one of the two rubs you can see in the background.

I think this guy knows the camera is there.  what do you think?  The camera is over a bush so this guy was in the bush off the trail.  If this was a dog I would know what he was up to.
