Do a search and you will find this question asked several times.  The most common response is always "Bitz".  Most of the plastic single fletchers will do a fine job for half the price and you will be satisfied until you finally use a all metal Bitz.  After that you won't be happy until you have the Bitz.  

I think there are a BPE and a Martin jig in our classifieds.  Both will do the job and the BPE is very adjustable for nock index.
