Greatings from Sweden
« on: January 11, 2011, 10:30:00 AM »
Hi all Tradgang members!

Just wanted to present my self.
As the subject reveals, I'm from Sweden, from the north part, not to far from the arctic circle.
Been hunting all my life (I'm 43yo), smallgame, european moose, bear (not taken anyone yet.
Bowhunting isn't legal in Sweden, yet, but we hope it will be soon. It is allowed in Finland tho and that's not far from me

I'm shooting a longbow at 50# at 28", drawing about 29", started last year, doing quite well I think ( the neighbours have another story, but they are fast hitting the dirt!) Will get me a recurve this year to.

I hope to find answers on this forum regarding shooting and hunting.

So take care all

Alfie, a wannabee traditional bowhunter so far.   :archer:

Pull up a chair and relax. I would recommend using the search feature as your questions might have been answered a time or two. If not, someone will always be willing to help you out. Enjoy!!!

Velkommen!
Hyggelig at flere fra Sverige og Norge er på tradgang
Nb. Det er lov med buejakt på Åland.
Tre av oss fra Norge som er medlemmer her tenkte oss dit på jakt nå i høst!
