I've never heard of these quivers until this thread.  Of course I'm only into my Sophomore year of trad shooting so there's a lot I haven't heard about.

BigJim, will you be at Kzoo, and will you have some of these quivers there for purchase?

I wish I could be there, but I have no bows to display at this time. The booth space is too high for me to bring my supply set up. I will try to do better for next year.

thanks, bigjim

Jim

Can the medium hood accept 5 arrows or would I need the large hood?

Thanks

I just visited the website and watched the video.  Wow! I had discounted strap-on quivers as not being easily detached and hung in the tree when I'm on stand. The video shows how easy this is to do and how well it works.

I'm getting ready to send BigJim two bows for dipping pretty soon. They may have to come back with quivers!

Perfect timing on this thread for me. I've been wanting a new bow quiver because mine is a piece. It has velcro on nylon straps with a piece of metal that holds the hood to the arrow gripper. It's heavy and you can't get the straps tight enough. I have been putting a piece of rubber under the straps for years now. I looked at big jims video a few weeks ago and was impressed. With these great reviews, I'm sold. Thanks!

Me too. I sent BigJim an e-mail asking how to decide whether I need small, medium or large?  Mine will be on a recurve and I only want 4 arrows.

It really depends on the size of the broadhead you're using as to what size quiver you need.  I shoot Big Jim heads and Mag I heads so I went with a Large quiver with 5 arrow gripper from Jim.
Chasing my kids and my degree for now but come next fall the critters better look out.  ;)

Go with the large, especially if you shoot large broadheads

I went with small hood and it is great! I shoot 2-blade BHs. Plenty of room in the hood. My narrowest of narrow 600 spine MFX Classics fit the gripper just right.

I have to admit once again, I'm a lefty and our stuff just naturally works great!
