The first broadhead made an impressive job passing high through the shoulder blade and cutting a artery rhusting in the spine.
Maybe it was already a fatal hit the second broke a rib on the enter took a piece of heart and the lungs and passed trough breaking in 2 pieces.Overkilled!

Axel,I live NW on the foothills of the Alps on the South side of the Mattlehorn and Rosen mountain/Zermatt.Here some people is still speaking german sing 6 centuries ago when they settled in from Swizerland.550 km from Munchen.

Felix, thanks alot for the invitation, it aint far at all. Im short on holiday at the moment but its on my toDo list now! Looking forward sometime being able to hear this story from you face to face.

Well my friend that was sooooo GOOD! For some reason you look younger than I remember LOL. It was good to see blood on your knife.I'm really interested in your recipes.That was such a great story ,I can imagine the boars are very spooky as to a lot of hunting .You did it the honest way and played the game to the fullest experiencing all the sights,sounds,smells and exitement,I tip my Fedora to you my friend !If I can swing it hopefully thats a big Elk you'll be walking up to this fall with all the exitement northern Canada has to offer.

Just got home from some nice skiing and what a great story to read. Great pics and thanks for taking us along.
