Mine should be here next week if you're RH and can make it up to rutland.

Maybe someone will have one at ETAR and will let you shoot it.

How reliable are the limbs on the ACS?  Anybody have any partial limb twist?

Use the stringer that comes with the bow and there are no issues. I've had several of various weights(now I have one to my specs coming finally!) and have never had a problem. Trying to string without the stringer could cause problems I would think.

Although using a stringer is the smart thing to do....I've never used a stringer with my ACS's and have had zero problems.

Sure, if you're traveling down I-95, when you get to North Carolina, give me a holler...for really!

I'm retired and usually around.

A fried of mine just bought a used ACS CX that is the three piece take down and all i can say is WOW. This bow was really really narrow and the grip is just awesome....when i first saw it i told him it looks like a wasp.....but man it is a great bow.

I dont understand about the difference in O.L's and A & H....are they the same bows but the ones A & H make are the three piece?

Thanks,
Lance

I've strung my 41# CX without a stringer and being really carefull.  They are really squirrelly though, and much more weight makes me use a stringer.  Really no reason for me not to use a stringer.  I've got two and have had a third CX and not had any problems with any of them.
