Had the honor of meeting the Big Man at PBS last year. I am a newbie to that fine group of folks and Biggie treated me like he knew me all my life. A finer fellow you will never meet   :campfire:

Oh yeah, congrats on the moose again  :)

Biggie, I didn't think there was anything that would make a Moose look good.lol. Better watch us Yankees from Penna. We can be a tough lot, as the Pitts. Steelers.

One time at a sports show I heard a guy quote this about Biggie, "Biggie Hoffman impressed me as being just a regular guy like all of us... just a very, very large one." Ha. BW

I joined the PBS recently and just got my Magazine. Nice article Biggie. Also I see the "Shoeman" has one in there as well. Have to read them all later this evening. Congrats again Wayne. DB

Clarification: I have never been or will never be a part of Biggies entourage. If anything- it's just the opposite.

Aw, we all know Biggie just had his picture taken with a piece of road kill.

Biggie, my only question is, where in your trophy room are you gonna hang that big guy?

Thanks guys...while the moose was a great part of the trip, these kinds of trips are most memorable because of the company one keeps. I have a great bunch of friends, Marty being the bestest for years now. Somehow I feel like I'll remember his wit and sense of humor as much or more than the mooses.
We have some great stories from that week. Many I can't relate here but will be glad to share in person  8-)

I met Biggie last year in K-zoo and then saw and talked with him again in Nashville at the PBS.Great guy and always willing to help you by answering questions and pointing you in the right direction to get info. about potential hunting trips.I sense a man with a big and giving heart. In others words one old country saying describing him would be "hes good people."
