Ok now were are down to the second building.  I will try to slow down and get these in better order as I go.  We will start of with Great Northern bows and quivers at the entry with the first shooting area.  Predator and Shrew were also near the entry.

Sorry if you wanted to see a lot of bow pic’s. I didn’t take many.  I mostly wanted to get the feel of the place and people who make trad archery so much fun.

Here are some of the new venders this year or at least new to me.  I will start of with Art Vincent and his great leather work.  I escaped with most of my bow fund in tact.

I don’t know who these guys are, but I found them parked arms reach from the food wagon.  The guy in the red hat liked my Arrow Master quiver.  I think I may have talked him into trying one.

Todd,

Nice seeing you again. Are you going back tomorrow?

Get over and shoot one of those Great Plains Swift 1pc'ers.   ;)
Otherwise you may have to wait and shoot one at my house if I buy one! LOL

I thought I was so done with bow trading for the Winter. Now the wheels are turning in my head about what I have to do to get a Swift or that Belcher.

If you go tomorrow, do me a favor and shoot the Belcher recurve (Sky Archery) that's the 60" 40lb recurve with light spalted maple limbs. Let me know what you think. I think those limbs with an ebony riser at about 43-44lbs may be on my short list.

Black widow booth looked as little lighter on bows this year, but I don't know that they could have fit more in with as packed as it was this year with vendors.

The guy in the red hat caught me taking his pic for the forth time.  He thinks I am stalking him now.      :D    He doesn't look happy here, but seemed to be a real nice guy when I talked to him earlier.

Well that is most of my pic's.  I sure hope these are not to wide or I have exceeded the life time pic posting limit.

I think I got about all the vendors.  I hope I was able to show some of you what you are missing not making the trip to Kzoo.  Please come out next year, but DON'T COME ON FRIDAY NIGHT!  Your slowing down my bow shooting.     :D
Oh well, too late by the looks of Friday night this year.

I think there was a really great group of vendors this year.  So many this year that there was hardly any space for tables and chairs.  I hope they have to open new space to fit everyone next year, and I hope all the vendors, who make this so much fun, are selling a lot of stuff. THANKS VENDORS!!!!!!!

Had a blast at the expo and ended up walking out the proud owner of a 62" TimberHawk longbow.

Great pics Todd!!!

Was a great turn out and fun besides fighting some chest gunk.
The St. Joe booth was hopping and it was great to be able to talk with so many of you that I only get to chat with online.   :notworthy:
I was laughing at my son who persistently sold the fleece hats my mom made. He managed to sell a couple to the Wensels, LOL!   I see a future salesman in the making.   :D
Just one more step please!

Yes thanks for the pics. My son and I were going to attend again this year but had to change our plans last minute. Your pics were the next best thing to walking it ourselves.

It was a very nice time this year. I shot several bows that I really liked. It was good seeing friends and meeting new people that only happens at the larger events.

Nice to see you also Bob.  There is a hand full of bows I didn’t get to Friday, and I only had time to shoot a few today before I had to get back home to watch the kids.  I will try to get back for a little while tomorrow and shoot those.  I want to drop off a knife for Art Vincent.  He is going to take it back with him and make me a nice sheath for it.  I lost the knife about 30 years ago then found it a few years back minus a handle and plus a lot of rust.  It is ready for service now, but I must have given away the sheath a long time ago.
